Primary tasks include repackaging materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting general labor needs as directed.

Job Duties:

• Repackage materials to meet storage, handling, or transport requirements.

• Follow safety protocols and use required PPE at all times.

• Keep assigned work areas clean, clear of hazards, and organized.

• Safely handle and move materials by hand or with basic tools/equipment.

• Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or process issues to supervisors promptly.

The Yard Marshall is responsible for coordinating the safe, timely, and efficient flow of vehicles within our outdoor storage facility. This role ensures that trucks delivering or picking up goods are directed accurately, positioned safely, and handled in accordance with site protocols. The Yard Marshall acts as the key point of contact between drivers, site operations, and yard employees to maintain smooth logistics and reduce turnaround times.

Job Duties:

• Direct incoming and outgoing truck traffic across the yard.

• Assign and manage docking locations based on operational needs.

• Communicate clearly with truck drivers and internal teams via radio or in person.

• Maintain an up-to-date yard map and track vehicle movements.

• Inspect vehicle paperwork and ensure proper documentation is in place.

• Conduct visual safety checks of trailers entering/exiting the yard.

• Monitor and report any delays, hazards, or non-compliance.

• Assist in implementing and enforcing yard safety procedures.
